Estelle Dominati

Since April 2006, Estelle has been undertaking PhD research jointly through NZCEE and AgResearch (Agriculture & Environment Group). Her research focuses on “valuing soil environmental services and natural capital”.

In France, she has previously worked for CIRAD (Centre of International Cooperation for Agronomic Research and Development) and the CETIOM (Interprofessional Technical Centre for Oil-producing Crops) on environmental management (cropping techniques and environmental measures) for sustainable agriculture.

Estelle has a Masters in Agronomy, specialised in “Sustainable Crop Production” from Montpellier Sup-Agro (France).

Her particular research interests include ecological economics and the development of scientific and political tools assisting the environmental management of agricultural activities.
